Both of my phones charger ports messed up so I called the local store and Jon advised me to come right in. I arrived and was greeted by Heather who is always friendly and willing to help. . I was basically in tears because I am a single mom who lives really far out with no car, and currently no cable of any kind. I dont start back to work until the end of the month. Long story short, Jon and Heather were awesome they gave me a loaner phone until i can get something else they where very encouraging to say the least. I would highly recommend their services!!!
