Every individual is knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you have. However, I have to give a special mention to my agent, Ms. Jennifer! My car was totaled in a collision (Dec. 2021) and unfortunately claims took a little longer than usual. I called Ms. Jennifer to get a little peace of mind. Not only did she offer me that much needed peace of mind, she made sure my claim was processed in a more timely manner. THANK YOU Ms. Jennifer for being a rock star agent! :)

(November 20, 2020, 11:26 am)If it was possible, I would give more than 5 stars. Ryan Radke is a top of the line Insurance Agent. He responds very quickly to inquiries and is extremely knowledgeable. He is always extraordinarily helpful and it is obvious that he cares about his clients.
Also, I have spoken with Monica who is lovely and also knowledgeable and kind.
I highly recommend this insurance group as "the best" with no reservations whatsoever.
In addition, the app/website is beyond excellent! -
