Great place to get loaded fast and efficient

I have been dealing with Landen Strapping for more than ten years and I can tell you one thing, they're line of equipment is nothing short of stellar. The equipment is well worth the money and very economical for our operation. Let me tell you one thing when they say 24-hour service they mean it! You'll always encounter issues with equipment, that's just how it is in meat processing, but Landen always shows up within 24 hours of us calling them. Not only is the service impeccable, but the installation is amazing. The Landen Strapping team stayed with us during the installation, trained our team, and didn't leave until everything was fully operational. Prior to using Landen Strappers, we attempted to run competitors machines and both were disappointing. We could never get parts for the Signodes or Moscas in a timely manner, and if we did, they were cheap knock-offs. What i respect and love about my landen strappers (having ten this should tell you something) is that if I need a part, I GET IT IMMEDIATELY! No waiting around and no hassle from a corporate team that only wants your money! With that being said, we will be purchasing more equipment for multiple plants down here in the Gulf and I can tell you this, we are buying another 10 Landen Strapping machines.

The Service Manager there is the best. What a great guy.
