(March 5, 2021, 8:32 am)My experience of far with Troy marine has been excellent! I Google my boat that I wanted two dealers came up. One was troy mrine in Virginia and one in Kentucky. After a few emails between both and reading the reviews on customer service I decided to go with Troy. few more e mails and a phone call sealed the deal .. few days and I received a call to pick up my boat.. they made sure the boat was 100% prior to leaving which included them test running it on the water! 800 mile round trip and everything was great..
I developed a problem which required warranty and after speaking with Troy he decided to send a
technician from Virginia all the way to New Jersey to pick up the boat t and rectify the situation They currently have the boat now in their working on it.. based on the customer service I received I would recommend Troy Marine so far! -
