Velocity Urgent Care

I would like to compliment all staff throughout this visit, from the secretary, admissions nurse and our nurse practitioner! Their attitudes were pleasant and welcoming and had great patience for my 4 year old son whom was sick running a high fever and crying. They were very consoling! Excellent job on the patient education as well! I will definitely return to this clinic if we ever need urgent care again. Thanks for all of their services!

Everyone was so nice and friendly, from the front desk young lady to the nurse who took our vitals and did our testing. I enjoyed meeting LaTosha Hall NP, she was personable and made us feel welcome.

The front desk girl was very nice and very professional. The male triage nurse was professional and informative and kind. The Doctor....Dr Mark Fusco was so very nice and concerned and covered every base. My whole experience was better than I have been treated at any other facility and I will trust this facility with anything that goes on in my future. My experience was very good. Made appointment for a covid test and was taken prior to the time. The nurse practitioner Latosha was very thorough in accessing my symptoms. She made a proper diagnosis. Thanks to her I'm feeling much better.

I had a great experience at the velocity urgent care in Smithfield. My wait time was very minimal the front desk person was very courteous and efficient and I cannot say enough about the nurse practitioner that assisted me!
