Infinity Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine

We love Infinity. The providers are so gracious and selfless to see us when we need medical care- impromptu. I love their Saturday walk-in service and the patient portal. What a time saver it is to quickly get answers directly via the providers. Not many pediatricians offer that amenity. The office always answers the phone quickly, and we get appointments as needed. Both providers are so personal, caring, educated, and wonderful for my kids. Thank you Infinity for putting my “Momma nerves” at rest when my children are ill.

This is an exceptional pediatric office. ALL of the staff at Infinity are knowledgeable, caring and very personable. They always take time to interact with our scared toddler and comfort him with Legos and stickers. They even decorate the office each season, and that's a great distraction for an upset kid. I love the way the office is set up. There's no germ infested waiting room. They take you straight back to your check up room. The staff are very cautious and take preventive measures so you don't get sick from a visit. They wear masks and make sure no kids come in contact with each other while entering or leaving. Each room is freshly sanitized and they have an enhanced air filtration system. Also, there's an online patient portal so you can fill out the check up questions online instead of trying to do it on a clipboard with a fussy child. We've always had a pleasant experience here. My daughter had been seen by another pediatrician since she was born but I was getting fed up with calling and being on hold for 30 minutes or not being able to get an appointment same day if there was an issue. Someone recommended infinity pediatrics to me. I called and it was answered on the first ring. They were able to set me up in the system. I sent photos in the portal of my daughters issue and was able to get a same day appointment. The level of care we received for just a concern check was outstanding to me. I am happy to drive the extra 15 minutes to get the level of care I received from just our first appointment. I would recommend them to anyone in the area

I have been bringing my daughter to Dr. Baucom for several years now, and I am so grateful for her. She is so knowledgeable, patient, and genuine. She takes the time to address any concerns and thoroughly answer questions. It’s very evident how much she truly cares about her patients. The whole staff here is wonderful as well!
