James City County Library

I love our library! It has so many things for everyone and the people who are who work there are always so pleasant and helpful!!

Love this place! Great and safe way to let children get their wiggles out.

I take my grandson here once or twice a week to connect with other children around an awesome library that has so many things for children to do. Apsolutely love coming to either library in Williamsburg. So many options on checking out books and videos far exceeding my expectations.

The James City County library is tremendous public asset. The selection of books is large. There is a wide range of other materials from STEM projects, classes, interactive displays, and multimedia items that are offered. The library has movies, games, and tools to facilitate learning.

Best library I’ve EVER been to! It is like a mini children’s museum. My 4 year old loves it. So easy to spend a few hours there. I think that it’s perfect for all ages and it makes it easy to play educational games with your child. There are 3 “Pretend areas” these include a grocery store, house, and veterinary clinic all accessories are available for the children to imagine any scenario. Yesterday after spending 2.5 hours playing on our way out we noticed an “after school watercolor paint” so we stayed another 30 min to paint a Beautiful picture.
