The inspection was for the resale of my home and he made sure everything very timely and efficient to help me meet my target closing date. He reached out within 10 mins of me leaving him a message and he was able to get me scheduled the very next day. He also accommodated my work schedule and let me know when he was on his way so I did not wait around- like some companies who give you a time window. He stayed in contact with me and even explained stuff when I was curious or had questions about the process. He was also very personable and comfortable to have in my home. I highly recommend!

(March 13, 2023, 5:03 pm)Great service. Sean was responsive to my initial query after business hours a few months ago in my new home and came out within a day to take care of the insect control. Just had the second quarterly treatment today and couldn't be happier. It's an old house that's not as sealed from the outside as well as it could be so it's extra prone to insect problems indoors. I've had no issues with bugs/spiders here at all in the past three months and I suspect it's going to stay that way. Can't recommend Sean highly enough.

He swiftly took care of them and I was shocked at how reasonable the price was. He stands by his service and will address any follow-up issues. I would absolutely use him again and recommend Advanced Pest Technology to anyone.
