My wife recently discharged from this facility. She admitted after being in the hospital. Everybody here is great! The administrator was incredibly helpful with the insurance and getting approval for her stay with them. She was also extremely helpful when it was time for my wife to discharge, along with Mr. Law, who they said was a Vice President for the facility. The therapy team was excellent, nursing staff took great care of her, and the food was delicious. This past week she had her follow up with her doctor, who said she was doing great! I credit the staff at Lancashire for how great she is doing and for getting her stronger and back home.

Lancashire Nursing Home administration strives to promote quality care. I have the opportunity to work hand in hand with them as part of another healthcare organization in the community and they truly go above and beyond to accommodate their residents, families, and the community. Many times we hear the negative about facilities and understanding that no one facility is going to be perfect, but my experience with Lancashire, their staff, and particularly administration has been very positive to say the least. They put their resident's needs first and when a concern arises they jump to resolve it. They truly strive for perfection and to make sure that not just their residents feel secure and happy, but also relieving the resident's families and making sure they feel secure and happy with the care and environment they are entrusting their loved one in. The administration has an open line of communication and is always willing to speak with you on any topic or questions you may have. I look forward to continuing my relationship with the amazing staff at Lancashire!

I have a family friend at this facility for rehab and the therapy and nursing team there is amazing! Super friendly and really goes out of their way to make her comfortable. Thank you for doing everything you can to take care of her and make her feel at home!

Recently my father was no longer able to take care of himself in a way that ensured his safety while at home by himself. He had become weak and unstable. My biggest fear was having to place him in a nursing home. I would like to thank those at Lancashire that have put my mind at ease by taking care of my father as though he were their own.

My mom admitted to this facility after a recent hospital stay and has only been at the facility a couple weeks. I cannot say just how accommodating the staff has been. The day my mom arrived to the facility I could tell how much the staff cared, from the nurses that have been working with her to the administrative staff, who has gone out of their way to make my mom and us feel welcome and comfortable. The therapy team there has been working with her and I cannot say enough about how patient and positive they are. I am so glad that I chose Lancashire to take care of my mom.
