I honestly didn’t think I would enjoy it but Pauline made it very enjoyable and I learned some things and I definitely recommend her program if you’re looking to get started in phlebotomy or just need to get certified. I passed my NHA exam with flying colors thanks to her expert teaching and I couldn’t be happier!

The provide 1 on 1 instruction if needed and are aleays available to help the student. Class length was perfect and hands on training most helpful.
