(September 2, 2021, 9:55 pm)Brandon saved me. I had a big leak from a cooling tower backflow. My options were allowing water to leak in the hallway and 2 units or turning off the water to the cooling towers and losing AC to 155 residential units and 8 commercial units. I turned the water off and the cooling tower water started to evaporate. Brandon responded to the emergency call and had the backflow repaired in about 90 minutes. Just as enough water evaporated and the water temperature in the loop started to increase we were able to turn the water back on. Nobody lost AC. Thank you Brandon!!!
