This service is absolutely incredible. We had a tech-related emergency and Sikander inspected our PC that night. He is incredibly knowledgeable and offers on-site services, too. Genuinely cannot recommend his services highly enough.

Incredibly quick, took my desktop in late at night and had it finished early the very next day. Delivered the desktop to my home when the job was done. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

In about 48 hours, not only was the problem diagnosed, but my laptop is back in business. There are some good IT services, and then there is TikTech...and he operates 24/7!!! When my ancient Toshiba laptop died, I did some research and found TikTech. What a find!
I met with Sikander at his workplace and we went over expectations for repair and data retrieval, whether or not I was interested in a new laptop (which I was), and timelines.
Incredibly, the very next day, after diagnosis (Toshiba a goner); data retrieval, backup and transfer; and, software installation of Pro and other apps, Sikander arrived at my home with my new HP.
He walked me through pulling up internet and apps, updating some passwords, and installing my printer.
This is one stop shopping at its best. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service with a crazy fast turn around.
What more would you need? Highly recommend.

If you have any issues with your laptop, run - don't walk - to TikTech! I had an issue with my laptop recently, and after exhausting all of the "fixes" I could find on Google, I sent an email to this place while I was running errands in the Leesburg area. Sikander texted me less than a half hour later, asking if he could call me. We spoke, and fortunately, he was available to help me that day. I popped over to his place of business (which was very clean, by the way, and temperature controlled) within a couple of hours, and watched as he ran some tests with his magical computer diagnostic equipment. Nothing was broken, so he carefully and expertly opened up the laptop and found the issue within minutes. I was so relieved, because I did not want to drop my laptop off at the popular big box store place (which shall not be named), and wait several weeks to several months to get it back. I appreciate his professionalism, candidness, and efficiency, and most of all -- allowing me to be in the room to watch him work (I wish my mechanic would let me do the same... it's fascinating to watch talented people do their thing). He is a master of his craft, and I highly recommend this local, small business.
