Too many wonderful things to say about this gym.. It is more than a gym but a community of strong women and men empowering each other to be better every day.. The workouts are intense and always challenging. The trainers are AMAZING and push you beyond what you think you are capable of!! Seriously the BEST!
This is a special place, suited for all fitness levels. Great trainers and team who know you by name, friendly/dedicated members, clean gym, childcare available during most times. NEVER boring. I look forward to going to Burn Ashburn and know it will be worth my time as both the workout and experience are great.

This really is an amazing place!!! I can already see a huge difference in my fitness level and appareance. The programs are tailored to meet all fitness levels and they work hard to keep the workouts challenging and changing so it doesn't get boring. A great part is their one-on-one focus groups that incorporate nutrition plans that really help you see the entire picture. It really is a totally body camp aimed at getting results!!
I love boot camp. Only after two weeks I'm doing exercises I couldn't do when it started. Yes, I'm sore but it so worth it. The people are amazing and so supportive. Come join us!!
