  Just finished my 20,000 mile service. Excellent experience. Laurel listened to my needs and had the car in and out in 30 minutes. I have the extended maintenance plan and it is great to see the invoice with $0 owed.

  I had a wonderful experience while buying my first car at the Koons Sterling Ford. Greg Williams was my associate and he did a great job showing me everything there was to know about the car before purchasing it. What I’m super happy about though is that Greg got me acclimated with the car before I left the dealership and he’s followed up to ensure that everything is going smoothly. My new Escape is amazing as I love it! The service at this Koons is unmatched, I highly recommend. They also registered the car and put permanent plates on it before I left the dealership - HUGE plus not having to go to the DMV!

  After shopping around at multiple dealerships in the DMV, I discovered Koons Sterling Ford. It’s a busy dealership with a well trained staff. I bought my Ford Escape from Will. I did a lot of research and he was able to keep up with me and answer all of my questions. There was no pressure sales and at the end of the day, I feel like everyone was happy with the deal we made. It was a win-win which, in my experience, rarely happens when buying a new car. I highly recommend you work with Will at Koons Sterling Ford to buy your new Ford.

  I just purchased a 2017 Raptor from Koons Sterling Ford. I can't say enough about my salesman Kevin Acevedo and the sales manager Danny Islam. From start to finish they took care of me and answered all of my questions. I was shown the vehicle I was interested in as soon as I arrived and after the purchase I was walked through my new vehicle and shown everything I needed to know about my new vehicle's options in great detail. I would not hesitate to go back to Koons in Sterling directly because of Kevin Acevedo and Danny Islam's amazing customer service!

  I have been taking my F-150 for servicing to Koons Ford of Sterling for several years and have not been disappointed.
  My service rep. Allen Schindler is very personable and knowledgeable.
  I always make an appointment for servicing and wait for the work to be completed.
  They are always on time with appointments.
  I would highly recommend Koons for servicing.
