They were very prompt in delivery, calling ahead of time before arriving. Very friendly, courteous, and professional in their work. We are very pleased with our GE gas range ( Best Buy "blew it" with the delivery of a severely damaged range and customer service).

Sales staff are VERY knowledgeable about appliances and are willing to spend time helping you. Better selection than a big box store, can also order parts and install them.
Sterling Appliance is a necessity. You don't go there for fun but because something broke so you're never excited to be there in the first place. It's not inexpensive to get the parts you need replaced but they'll tell you exactly what you need, why, etc. Remember they're making a living and dealing with competition like everyone else so you have to understand that going anywhere for repairs (my experience was a repair experience). They are knowledgeable and that's what you need. It's tough for them to have a sunshine attitude all the time so be nice and you'll do fine.
