  The service staff are very straightforward with their time tables and actual issues with the car. They do get very busy, but they also offer a free loaner car for extended repairs. If they make a mistake, they tell you and they fix it. I am pleased with the services I have had done here and I will continue coming here for car related issues. As I said, they get busy, but they do the job right and I would rather have it done right than fast. Highly recommend.

  This was going to start as a bad review...
  
  I took a tire/rim to have the tire (hopefully) patched after getting a bolt stuck in the tread. Mind you this is a custom polished aluminum rim with a VERY wide tire (not cheap). They call back saying they're unable to get the tire off - OK, odd... since you mounted it when I got that set of tires, but whatever. I pick up the tire/rim, no charge. I get home, and notice that there are a bunch of gouges in the rim, mostly on the back, but a couple on the face.
  
  Needless to say, I'm not happy. All of my rims are immaculate as far as not having marks - I take them off to clean out the interior of them a couple times a year, so I know the state they are/were in.
  
  I start hunting down local rim repair shops and prepare to write a horrible review, but I do take a moment to contact VA Tire via their website. The next day I get an email from Jason, the manager of the Cascades shop (hope that's the correct title). I end up sending him pictures of the damage, and not only does he offer to repair the rim, but he also drives it out to the shop of my choice (which was in Chantilly), has them repair it, and brings it back.
  
  I'm unable to find the mark on the rim face now (although I can see where they repaired it on the very backside of the rim dish - but no one will ever see that but me). While I was disappointed that this happened, I was honestly quite shocked that Jason/VA Tire went to this length to resolve the situation. One which they could have easily just stated, "it was like that before" - which was honestly the response I was expecting.
  
  I've been going here for years for small things, tire mounting, inspection, etc. and they've always been courteous and fairly quick with their work. The staff is fairly consistent as far as I can tell too.
  
  Summary: I'm disappointed that this whole incident happened, however the length that they went to to resolve it (at their own cost) was impressive. I'll keep going here, just maybe not with those rims...

  This place had the best deal on E rated tires that I could find in the area. I called around price shopping to maybe ten places. Service was professional and quick. I was able to get same-day-service. Also, my truck is 8' 10". It wasn't a problem for them.
