  I’ve been renting a storage unit from public storage for years now with my family and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff, Raquel and Bryan in particular, have been very helpful with any questions or concerns or problems I’ve had. My parents and I are very happy customers!

  On short notice, I reserved a unit online and was able to meet with the storage representative/manager, Raquel, the same day. Raquel took her time to explain the process of renting a unit, best ways to store items, as well as moisture maintenance. Finally, she explained all the billing in detail, how to access the gate and unit, and all those minor details that many representatives fail to tell you or that the consumer forgets to ask. Raquel was very professional and helpful and I hope you are fortunate to show up on a day she is working. To add, the facility was well kept as well as the grounds and inside the storage facilities.

  Raquel was very helpful when I arrived. She showed me several units that met my needs and we discuss the pros and cons of each until I made a selection. Locations is very convenient and I like the staff. I am glad I rented a unit.

  Very easy and quick experience. I reserved online and showed up early and was still promptly helped. Raquel did a fantastic job showing me to my unit and making sure it was the correct size for me. She also made sure I had all the codes down and was ready to go. Would recommend here for storage in this area.

  Raquel was very helpful and informative during my initial visit to rent my storage unit. I was running late that day, it was the end of the day and I'm sure I kept her from leaving on time but she was still very professional, gracious, and didn't make me feel rushed at all. She also took the time to understand my storage needs and suggested storage items like boxes, etc. that might help me be better organized. I highly recommend the facility and appreciate Raquel's time and attention!
