A-Advanced Home Services was sent out by my home warranty company. Communication was great. The technician Dean was polite and quickly sorted out the problem. Once the part was in, they were prompt in contacting me and getting the repair completed. I am so grateful to have heat again!!
"[Service, Timeliness, Technician] Donald was very thorough and just knows what he is doing. What seemed like an easy 1-2-3 task of replacing an air handler turned out to be not so easy. There were challenges at literally everything about this job, but he handled all of the issues in stride with great professionalism. He as well as his helper were quick to troubleshoot, diagnose, and find a solution. I cannot thank them enough for restoring the heat back in the house. Team was prompt, expeditious is their work and even ensured my filter was replaced prior to leaving. Work area was cleaned and AC has performed perfectly since installation. Much thanks as old equipment could not properly cool the home.
