One of the top income sharing egalitarian communities in the country.
Visited there several years ago as I know two of the founding members... I had the blessed opportunity to stay overnight and share with many of the members.. Gorgeous piece of land with a remarkable group of people. I love the concept and what they have built there!
Even though I don't think it's a lifestyle for me (at a permanent level), I would LOVE to go back and do a three week visit (that is available these days)
It is an amazing accomplishment that has built a thriving and viable income-sharing, basically sustainable community. It paves the way for others like it, even setting legal precedents and addressing the toughest questions of birth, expulsion, and power. It may not be utopia yet but it has done invaluable work for all of us. A national treasure, and possibly unique in the world and in history. Do read about it and educate yourself.
