Cell Phone Clinic - Cell Phone & Computer Repair

I brought my daughter's laptop here. The technician was very kind. He said there is diagnostic fee, but the fee is applied to repair. He took time to explain what happened and explain the recommended service. I have no idea what he said, but I let him talk to my husband. The technician fixed tha laptop, made some updates and 'tweeked the system' as well. The laptop is better than new now, and when we picked up, he charged less than what he quoted on phone!. If I need more repair, I will come back

OUTSTANDING customer service. i had my iphone 7 screen replaced here about 2 months ago. This week I started to get 'ghost' touching. I brought it in and of course it didn't act up for the manager. Without further question, he replaced the screen before I realized what he was doing. Reiderating they have a 1 year warranty. I have never actually seen any business stand behind their word with no question asked. I took a stack of their cards to make sure to give them to everyone I meet. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPOINTED IF U COME HERE.

The most honest place in town!

i bent my iphone6 screen in my back pocket. I know i know... i took it to the place in the mall and they would not work on it because the frame was bent. But luckily they had phones to sell me instead (sarcasm). I decided no, since this was just a spare phone for my travel. I found cell phone clinic by chance, and saw there reviews and decided to see what they say. I was talking to the manager and without a second gues he said he could save it. He took the screen off and showed me in front of me where the battery was some damage too. he 'tweeked' the frame to make it straight. Then tested a new screen and battery. Once he confirmed it would be ok, did the final install. Everthing done less than 30 minitues. He showed me i was lucky where it bent because it didn't damage the mother bored. The screen, the battery, and fixing the frame costs less than the mall price! Then to add to there customer service, he installed a free screen protector and offered a silicone case free since it was all scratched up. I declined the case because i had one better at home. But the offer to include free extras? nobody does this except these small family own business.

Took my son's iphone 7 to have the screen fixed. This place was about 30% less than the place down the road. And I got to wait on it and watch while they did the repair, not take the phone to some secret backroom. The manager showed me the insides which was cool, but over my head. lol

I came here about 5 minutes before they closed. Freddy (I think that's his name) told me a screen repair takes about 30 minutes, but would take care of me. He stayed late to fix my phone, and did it in less than 20 minutes! Price is average, but he told me they have a 1 year warranty on parts, which no other shop has when I called around. He even put on a screen protector for free, telling me so that I didn't have to come back too soon :)
