  Was very impressed with Dr. Ambrose and his staff. They were helpful with handling of paperwork, very friendly and easy to ask questions. Dr. Ambrose was super - he explained everything, was very precise with the tests and procedures, and answered all my questions. I felt very confident and knowledgeable of what was done and the recommendations to help with my sight. So glad we found this practice/office. Both my husband and I highly recommend New Kent Eye Care.

  Dr Ambrose is very personable, thorough in his eye exams and has very high tech equipment. Our family has been very impressed with our experiences over the last few years as his patients. The staff is very friendly and was helpful as experts assisting in picking out glasses for me.

  I am so glad we have a professional eye doctor located in New Kent County. Previously I drove to Richmond and/or Williamsburg to see an eye professional. Dr Ambrose is an excellent doctor.

  Dr Abrose and all of staff are wonderful. He makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything as he does the exam. The staff is great! Had a ball picking out frames for my new specs. Would recommend to anyone! The owl has nothing on these folks!

  the whole staff makes you very comfortable. this was my first time here the docter was very thorough i didnt feel rushed. when i recieved my glasses i couldnt get use to the progressive lens i came back to the office and they were very patient with me. I will definately be recommending them to everyone i know
