The best unheard spot its no wait or ppl inside.. I got there at 9:45am shih and I was back home by 10:15am
This was very quick...had an appointment. Did not have to take a number and sit around waiting on my number to be called. Very professional.
Service was excellent and speedy with appointment, was in and out on 15 minutes.
It was the best experience with any DMV office. Everyone I spoke to were extremely pleasant. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.
Recently visited the DMV office in New Kent, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The DMV website clearly spelled out that all locations were by appointment only and had all the information I needed to schedule an appointment. I showed up a few minutes early, had a great conversation with the employee at the front desk and went back to get some car issues taken care of. The employee behind the window was fantastically kind and helpful. She was patient and skilled, which has never been my experience at the DMV, and I was done in about 15 minutes. Easily the best trip I have ever made to the DMV. I will definitely be back!
