Speedo was very kind and professional but did not service privately owned vehicles. They did however offer trusted tow companies and I was grateful for that.
5 stars to all the mechanics and service writer's at this shop! And a HUGE THANK YOU for saving a parking spot for me, so I could do my 10hr break after trailer repairs!!!! Little things like that make ALL the difference!!!!
1 star to the shop's General Manager, who didn't even write me up and put me in line to be pulled into the shop. As a GM, wouldn't you at least expect, I don't know, "competence"? Just saying. At least his staff under him blew me away with their performance! I just hope he doesn't get the credit for it. I don't know, maybe I expect "more" from someone in a position of authority; I'm not quite sure how else to say that.
