I’m replacing a 20 yr old LZB rocker recliner. Was met by a nice service rep but not hounded as I looked around. Once I had a few in mind she was knowledgeable and kind. Everything you want in a shopping experience was here for me today.

We worked with Sara (Interior Design) to help create a more useful and updated look to our Great Room.
She was very thorough, committed to providing us with the best options and patient as we chose and discarded several ideas/colors/fabrics, etc. :) Sara worked for US to give us what we wanted, not just trying to sell us furniture.

Had a great experience. Helene was fantastic and did a great job explaining the options and what was worth the investment. We picked a great time and there was a great sale that saved us over $1000. Can’t wait to have our new couches delivered.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I went to so many places looking for a sofa and ended up calling La-Z-Boy in Newport News, VA. Even though this location was well over an hour from my home, I chose this location based on the amazing customer service they offer! Larry was my sales representative and he was so nice, informative, patient, and an all around just awesome guy! Superb service! I highly recommend that everyone go to this location and ask for LARRY! I will definitely be back for all my furniture needs!

Very helpful, walking us through fabric options and helping us match our existing furniture.

Our couch was delivered the other day and the moving guys were super helpful. They even helped us move our old couch out of the way!
