These people know how to run a dealer. I had no intentions of leaving with a bike, I was there originally for a rental, 2 hours from my house. My local Harley is full of college age students selling accessories and clothes, very lackluster experience. Coming from a mechanical background I had many questions about my future bike. David and Becky both were sensational from the time I stepped in the door for my rental, and when I returned with hundreds of questions about 2 different models. A small hiccup on my end of the my rental was quickly resolved with no impatience from the staff I might add.

The other customers that came in to get service work done were also very pleasurable and easy to talk to and also thought prestigiously of the dealer. When I was on the fence about a used 2017 Chieftain there was 0 sales pressure, Becky and Dave felt like 2 old friends that just tagged along with me and the Chieftain in question tagged along with me 2 hours home.

Fantastic experience from START to FINISH! Purchased a 2023 Indian Super Chief after Becky and Dave spent a good amount of time, letting me test drive, sitting on different bikes suggesting, but never steering, letting me make decisions to find what was "right for me" GREAT dealership, friendly staff all around. If you are in the market for a motorcycle (not just an Indian, but any) then you must at least visit them, they are very knowledgeable in all aspects of 2 wheels. Can't recommend them enough!

Most dealers are at best poor in quality of service. Not so with Indian of SEVA. Their service department is a 5 star operation. Matt has been taking care of my bike since I bought it. I spent 35 years in quality assurance and expect a quality product.
Matt filled all the blocks, taking care of my bike as it was his own. Thanks, Matt and Dave, keep up the your standards of service.

Amazing place and staff are awesome. We purchased 3 bikes from there and hopefully trading to a 4th. Never been to a dealership where they treat you as well as this location. Can't recommend them enough!

One of the best Indian dealer/show rooms I’ve ever walked into. My Family was greeted at the door right away and the employee pointed me in the direction of the dealer shirts. They had a ton compared to other dealers up north. Make sure you grab a challenge coin at the register. Much cooler than the poker chips!!
