Screen Installation on a 3rd-floor balcony/porch
Herb and his team did a good job figuring out a reasonably-priced solution to installing a screen (approx. 9' x 9') on our 3rd-floor balcony/porch outside our existing railing. It was challenging but they completed the job to our satisfaction despite some hitches in the giddyup--so some of the guys returned to finish up a few details as soon as we apprised Herb and Amonte of them. Things are still difficult in the construction industry (and many others) due to supply chain issues and COVID. Herb and company did their best to keep us posted under the circumstances. I judge a business not only by their products and services but also by how they respond to issues. Colony Construction was very responsive throughout the entire process and gave us good value for our money.

We are so happy to have found a one stop shop for our home construction needs. Herb and his crews are spectacular! Our new roof and dormers have completely changed the look of our Cape Cod style home.

We went with a black sable roof tile and our roof looks absolutely phenomenal. This company offers excellent customer service, professional crews and peace of mind. This is an honest company to work with. Shout out to Carlos and Jeremy. Both of you were great, kind and patient explaining the processes to me. Thank you. :)

UPDATE: Colony Construction is 2 for 2! Following our roof replacement by Colony Construction, we had a garage built and we love it! We were looking at having a patio roof installed and looked at various companies and options/styles. We decided on the Renaissance Patio manufactured product for its quality and price over other standard style patio roofs. We have been extremely pleased with the quality, look, and how it has transformed our backyard living space. Several of our neighbors and friends comment on how beautiful it is and how it has extended our living area. Despite disruptions in the supply chain because of Covid-19, Colony Construction management kept us informed of the status of the project. The installation crew were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them if you are looking into getting a patio roof.

I had previously hired a "professional" by the name of James Simpson of Encore Construction. He was hired to remodel my shower and it was a complete disaster. Not only did he leave the job unfinished but also did incorrect and poor quality work. I used Colony Construction to destroy it all and make it the way I wanted. They found numerous code violations from the previous contractor and documented everything for me. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. The tile work was difficult but came out great. I would certainly recommend them for remodeling work.
