The 1st time she cooked em and they were out of mushrooms, and I gotta have mushrooms. However she cooked it so good I couldn’t even tell they didn’t have any. So every time I get a chance I drive from Smithfield, Va to see Rita for the best cheesesteaks in the world.

(September 9, 2019, 5:18 pm)I won't lie, it ain't the best Charlies that I've ever had. But I've never had an issue like a lot of the other reviews have had. While the staff is not what I would call ultra professional, they were not rude to me. Instead, they were more friendly than cold-cut professional. The food has always been fine as well. Although pretty sure they have changed their cheese recently for cheese fries.
