Bay Area Collision

Unexpected, that's what I am saying about my experience at this McDonald's. Lovely took my order and and I was over charged. She had no trouble in correcting my order and promptly returned the over charge to me. The customer service that Lovely displayed was above and beyond what I would expect from a fast food restaurant.

The service here is always good. Unfortunately today I ordered apple pies and both had over stayed the recommended shelf time. When that occurs the pie filling becomes RUBBERY. Ugh!

Awesome and superior job on my truck. Would highly recommend using this shop. I swear this shop took care of my truck like it was his very own. Great communication and rapid reply back. Great work!!! If your looking for a guy who takes pride of his work, then this is the place. Thumbs up.

First off, John(The Owner) is an outrageously friendly and energetic guy. He made sure to deliver the utmost level of customer service while delivering finished the product in a timely manner. The staff is very focused, skilled and hard working. When I came in for checkups they showed me around and also displayed excellent customer service. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into this repair is pretty insane, even mirroring or surpassing the quality expected on a showroom floor. I'm normally very hard to please when it comes jobs like this, but I am completely satisfied with the job. And the best part is, the prices are very affordable and he is willing to work with you. 10/10. Oh, and the shop is military friendly.

I brought my BMW to Bay Area Collision on Monday and was able to pick it up on today(Wednesday) I was highly Impressed with the level of professionalism. John took the time to explain every detail of my repair. I was all smiles when I saw my car!! Extremely satisfied! Quick turn around time, good pricing and EXCELLENT WORK!

John is the man, you would have never thought the car had been damaged previously after they took care of it. Great quality work, great turnaround time, and really great price. Definitely recommend.
