I love Dr Dragon, he’s professional, and always pleasant. The staff is great! I love the young lady at the front desk and she always has on the best looking frames. I think they may need to expand their office space, a lot of people go there. Keep up the great customer service.

I get anxious when I go to new places, but everyone there was able to help me relax. I don't know how to spell her name, and I don't want to butcher it, but the wonderful woman who took me back and got me ready for the doctor was pleasant and warm. Dr. Batac was attentive to what I said and was reassuring about my prescription. Adriane was really friendly and super helpful in getting me a frame for my glasses and letting me know the costs of everything I could get with my glasses like transition, UV, glare from light and other things. It was a really friendly environment and I wasn't anxious anymore. 😊

Gave a 4 because the Dr. and Nurse were very friendly; but I didn't like the way they bring the salesperson into the exam room at the end and give them your prescription so they can lead you outside to sell you glasses.
I told her I was not buying glasses today and she said nothing, whipped around, gave my prescription to the desk and they called my name, handed it to me and I was told to have a good day.
A better way would be to ask the customer in the exam room if they are interested in buying glasses first and then have you take your prescription to a sales person if you want to. I felt like I was in a car dealership, not a doctor's office... I was actually thinking of buying there during the exam even though they are more expensive but the hard sell put me off
