My stylist was Shadae (hope I’m spelling right). I called at like 11:45 and they take same day appointments so I was able to get in as fast as 12:15! My stylist was really nice and I could tell she really cares for her clients hair. The ambiance is really soothing and nice to sit in. All the other stylist seem friendly and not standoffish like I see in most salons. Def will be coming back to them.

This review is way past over due, but to all my ladies in the 757 if you are currently looking for a hair stylist to take care of your hair needs Salon BOIO is highly recommended. The stylist at Salon BOIO specializes in many ranges of styling techniques whether it's from natural to relax hair, short style hair, lengthy hair styles, color, hair installation, kids hair, and more! At Salon BOIO, this is a Salon where I personally feel that you can come into and get a sense of luxury that is dedicated for all of your hair needs. My personal stylist at Salon BOIO, Jay; " The Color Doctor " literally has revived my damage hair back to health ( w/consistency of course ) that now my hair has grown from a middle neck length to now a shoulder/back length, all in a fair time span of 5-6months. Also I can feel and see the difference of a more healthier texture, body, and flow that has now transformed throughout my hair as well. Jay at Salon BOIO had even consulted with me about my hair;  recommending that due to my hair type and the status that my hair was in during my beginning stage, what perferred products and routine would be best to use and the reason why she preferred that particular option as a solution for me. NOT ONCE did she ever try to take advantage and charge me for anything more that I didn't need for my hair! Like WOW right! Not to mention her customer service and rapport building skills is AMAZING!!! So again, if you are currently looking for a hair salon in the 757 area this Professionally, Black Own Business, Covid-19 rules and guidelines considerate establishment, here at Salon BOIO is exactly where you wanna be.

My hair looks and feels amazing to have not been in a salon chair in over a year!!!! I appreciate Ms. Nina for taking me as a first time client on the same day! I was totally satisfied with getting my natural hair conditioned and then straightened and she took her time and did it with such finesse!!!! I was shocked though that it cost me so much and I guess that is why I only go to any salon about once a year.😊 Ms. Nina did do her thang to this head and got it fried, not dyed, But laid to the side!!!! It's bouncy as I don't know what😁
