I had a great experience with the doctor and clinical staff, but whoever answers the phone has a gross attitude every time I call. I get the same lady every time and every time she's extremely rude. If she ever gave her name when she answered the phone (like a professional) I would go out of my way to let their office manager know. Retraining is needed at the very least.

Norfolk Foot and Ankle group is amazing, the staff are so friendly and I am always greeted every time I come into an appointment. I come in to see Dr. Tupper and he is great! He is so nice and always helpful. His assistant Krishna is amazing, I love her! We always have great conversations and she is so sweet. She’s very punctual and always on top of things! I always look forward to seeing her every time I come into my appointment! I would personally recommend Norfolk foot and Ankle group to everybody. Dr. Tupper and his assistant Krishna are the best!

This place is awesome. I was already afraid of what I might discover going to the podiatrist about my foot and ankle pain. My appointment was very welcoming and i felt as if the Doctor was knowledgeable on what i was going through. Once my appokntment was over i proceded to leave but was unable to horrible battery issue needed a jump. LOVELY WOMEN BY THE NAME OLIVIA HELP ME WITH A JUMP ANS I THANK HER. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP.
