(October 30, 2020, 6:37 pm)Qdoba is one of my favorite places to pop in to for a quick bite! They are alway quick and well prepared to meet the rush of the customers! There has never been a long lapse in prepared items on the service line when I’ve been in the store! The customer service is ALWAYS on point! Tonight while I was in, their register went down and the manager had to reboot. The staff kept working to take care of the customers. The manager asked the customers if they’d like a drink on him while they waited for the system to reboot. When the system didn’t come back up after what seemed like 30 seconds he sent everyone out the door telling us he’d rather us be happy eating warm food somewhere comfortable than standing there waiting for who knew how long!! That’s customer service that will ALWAYS keep me coming back!!
