She explained everything I needed and also provided me with tips on how I should rent, use the facilities, and more. The storage unit was clean and a perfect sizes for college students with minimal things. The only problem that occurred was being trapped inside the gate because of the gate not working, other than that it was a great experience.

She was able to help our family select the right sized unit on a moments notice for our two daughters attending Old Dominion university. We really needed her expertise and time the day we had two moved to do.
