I just want to say the staff is nothing but sweet and understanding. When I first read the reviews I was terrified to give this place a go but with the help of doctor Emilio Cortez and Javier Way I have changed my entire perception on life. I am now to the point where I finally feel like myself again. I’m genuinely happy with my life because I finally know what’s right from wrong. They both have taught me so much and I am forever grateful. They both deserve a raise!

Just wanted to share my experience here. I see a lot of reviews talking about the receptionists though in all honesty I’ve had nothing but positive things to say about the front staff. I’ve had issues with my prescriptions on the pharmacy side of things and when I call in they always promptly get it taken care of. Anything else I’ve called for was also taken care of to the best of their ability.

As for treatment it’s definitely been a long journey but my NP Javier has been very helpful and has listened to me and taken my concerns seriously. After some of the medications I was on didn’t help me as much as I liked he did listen to my suggestions for other medications and my quality of life has greatly improved since. Unfortunately with out current healthcare system things like this move at a much slower pace than people would prefer but they do the best they can there within the confines of such a system and I appreciate them for that.

All issues have been resolved satisfactorily, and must say that they quickly intervened to accommodate my needs. Well done!
