I was in Norfolk on business for the USAF and wanted to get a few workouts in and could not have found a more responsive box... coaches were great and ensured safe movements and transitions... the CrossFitters were so friendly and supportive... can't wait till next time... and that didn't even charge me for classes... thanks again Norfolk CF💪

Dropped in for a few days this week while here for work. The atmosphere was great and welcoming. The coaches are knowledgeable and provide great tips for improving position/technique.

My wife and I lived in Norfolk for two and a half months in early 2017 and I found my home here at CrossFit Norfolk. The 9:30 ("the baby class") was the best thing to happen to me and my infant. We instantly found accepting and accommodating people that soon became great friends that remained even after we moved north. Great folks, great programming (the basically infinite open gym is fantastic) and great atmosphere.
