  Tommy has been my go to guy for years. He has worked on all my vehicles and done a superb job. So when I inherited my life long friends 74 Nova SS I knew Tommy was the guys to take it over the top. She sat outside in the Maryland weather for 6 years. It takes a Tommy who knows what needs to be done.

  My family and I have been taking all the vehicles we have owned to Tommy for the past 14 years and he has ALWAYS done the job right and has ALWAYS done it for a reasonable price. NOT ONE TIME HAS HE EVER DONE THE JOB INCORRECTLY OR RIPPED ME OR MY FAMILY OFF...NOT ONCE!!!
  
  Tommy is the perfect example of an honest, hardworking, trustworthy, and self-made American business man. He has always looked at my vehicles and began working on them either the day I call him about it or the next and has never made me wait. He also does the work in a timely manner and usually has the problem within a day and sometimes even the same day I bring it in, depending on the issue of course. There were a couple of instances where I had to take my car to a couple of other places to get an estimate and to get fixed when he was out of town. The first place misdiagnosed the problem and the second place found the problem but tried to rip me off by charging an astronomical fee. I decided to wait until Tommy got back in town the following week to have him look at my car, and not only did he give me the correct diagnoses and fix the problem, but he charged me hundreds of dollars less. As long as my family and I live in Norfolk and the Hampton Roads area, we will take all of our vehicles to Tommy's Complete Auto!!
