Smartbox Moving and Storage

Maria and Cheryl went above and beyond and made our moving/storage experience so easy. They are wonderful people and provided such a positive experience overall! I’ve never seen a storage facility so clean before, and the temperature controlled unit was perfect for combating the Louisiana humidity. If we ever need storage again we will definitely go back to planet storage.

Planet storage has to be the best around . Maria is absolutely wonderful and caring to everyone who walks in the door and they are a very well kept facility . I wouldn't rent from anywhere else after renting from them . Go see Maria you won't regret it .

Quick, easy and no contracts! Thought I had auto-pay and ended up a day late on 2nd payment. They sent an email to notify me and I ran over and paid it, thought for sure I'd get slammed with a late fee. Nope, paid at the kiosk in less than 3 minutes. They treat their customers like....customers should be treated!

Smartbox saved my move after multiple companies informed me last minute that their capabilities would cause inconvenient modifications to my plans. Robert @ the Norfolk office killed it for us. The driver/delivery driver provided some of the best service by asking what I needed, stating any limitations he had and he didn’t hesitate to get the job done. Everything was on time and we had no damaged items.

I would note that the use of wooden crates can be different/difficult as you need them to be nearly perfectly level to operate with ease. The condition of the crates wasn’t bad but could have been better and that’s the only reason I didn’t give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Maria was wonderful. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and modern appearance of the facility. The price was right and we signed on immediately. We went to check out our unit just after we finished the paper work and Maria was calling to see if everything was okay. Cannot recommend this place more highly.
