The checkout person was great. She helped me pull up a 40% off coupon using my phone to save a couple bucks on one item. The store was decently big, but I could not find some of the more specialized items I was looking for like paraffin wax. The store also closed at six, and since I was there right after work, I felt like I had to rush. This was just my feeling though. The staff treated me like they would any customer and I was not made to rush or hurry.

Only issue with this place is the 50% off one regular price item coupon they put out periodically is pretty useless as you can't use it on sale items. Good luck finding something you want that's not already on some sort of sale. On the plus side this location has a better art section than the other Joann's in the area.

It's always clean and the staff are always helpful and excited about your project. That they make sure I always have all my coupons is a huge plus!

Scissor sharpening and machine tripartite services on Tuesdays are amazing quality and convenient!
