(March 31, 2020, 7:30 am)Every time I visit this location, I am greeted with a smile. They are polite and efficient, while I have had issues with my packages and mail, they have helped me to their fullest abilities, even having other clerks double check. While I am seeing a lot of negative reviews, I can say, I have seen some customers with bad attitudes come and go, the employees do their best to assist those customers and when the next customer is there they are greeted with a smile as well. Perhaps it is because I take the time to greet them and call them by their name, or perhaps it is because I realize they are human and can only do so much.
