I am very pleased I went with this agency and I would highly recommend. I would use them again and look forward to do so. First they gave excellent advice and recommendations. Second they staged my home well for sale.

Professionalism is word that comes to mind. You end up having a close daily relationship with your agent, we encountered some unique challenges like neighbors trying to sabatatogue the sale. I worked with Sherron and Mike and they maintain a high level of professionalism. You want Sherron to be on your side and negotiate for you. She's sharp. I didn't feel like I had to supervise. Just let them do their job.

I trust them. I feel like they gave me 100%, and excellent customer service.

I called about a property for rent that is on their website. I was told we don't really have rentals@ sorry have a nice day... idk how that cld be.

UPDATE: SPOKE TO THE OWNER. WHO PROVIDES AN EXPLANATION OF HOW THE LISTINGS ON THEIR SITE WORKS. HE ALSO OFFERED TO ASSIST IN THE PROCESS. IF IT WORKS OUT OR NOT I APPRECIATE THE OFFER. CHANGED MY RATING.

We were tenants in a property managed by Warrant Realty. Mike was great about getting things fixed promptly and always keeping open communication with us. We liked him so much as our property manager that we decided to have him help us when we were buying our house last month. He was equally as attentive and hard working when showing us several houses before we settled on one. He also has a great sense of humor.

Although I didn’t get the rental I was applying for because it rented so fast Michael was extremely professional. Not only did he arrive on time for the showing but he was very prompt in answering any questions that I had regarding the process . I would definitely recommend them.
