My refinance took over several months due to some construction happening at my house, and Debbie stayed connected with me the whole time and as soon as I was able to complete the construction she moved quickly to get all documents and appraisal done. The closing was even conducted at my house for my convenience. It was great! Highly recommend!

She kept me updated on the loan progress during the entire process. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process from application to closing took only two and a half weeks. I am highly satisfied and would highly recommend New Horizon Bank to anyone looking to refinance their current mortgage loan. Great customer service !
