Great bedside manner. The wait time was amazing. Was in and seen before actual appointment time was supposed to start.

Very impressed with staff at Prince George office. Nurse McKinsey was very pleasant and comforting. Dr.Master was extremely thorough in explaining my health plan and procedure. I am completely confident in his ability to successfully get the best outcome for me.

Each time I have called the office returned my call or left a message. Which this is one of my concerns with others doctors. Getting my results back from a same day procedure really impressed me. Rarely does that happen. The office is very professional and friendly. Hope that this continues as I hope to continue to be a patient there. Again thank you.

I have white coat syndrome so I absolutely hate going to the doctor and probably being one of the youngest patients in there at the time of my visit didn’t help at all. But the staff made me feel so welcomed and relaxed it quickly took any worry I had away. Dr. Grover and the nurse has excellent bedside manner and she is very knowledgeable. Dr. Grover listened to my concerns and I could tell that she really cared. I am glad I found this office to go to and would recommend this location to everyone.

I’ve been a patient of VCS for a number of years and I’ve always received excellent care from my doctors, nurses and the staff. Dr. Han was my doctor for 20+ years and saw me through some difficult times. When i found out he was retiring I worried about having to find a new doctor and he recommended I see Dr. Grover. She’s easy to talk to and listens to what I have to say and answers my questions in terms I understand. I feel comfortable with her and her nurse, Amanda.
