  Dear Ashley Leigh,
  My husband, Chris and I wanted to express our gratitude and appreciation for the time that Steven Joseph spent with us to find the perfect single-family home and to sell our townhouse. Mr. Joseph spent countless hours on the phone, sending text messages and emails, visits to our home, and showing us multiple homes. He went above and beyond. Mr. Joseph always made us feel that we were his number one client and would stop everything for us, if we had a question, or wanted to go look at house, he made it happen. He walked us through the process of buying and selling a home and often again and again. There are times we would ask him the same question and he would have to start all over again, but he took the time to ensure that we understood every single step in this cumbersome process. The knowledge, expertise, and professionalism that Mr. Joseph provided was outstanding and we could not have found our dream home without him. I will be recommending Mr. Joseph to anyone who is buying or selling their home and we hope that he will be recognized for his hard work.

  I can’t believe that my Condo was Sold in 2 months!! Ashley of Linton Hall Realty had been very professional & on Top of it throughout the process!! He really took good care of my Interest!   Chad was really professional and honest on every step and helped us to make correct decisions on buying our home. It was Not an easy process in long distance but he was so patient and guided us well. I strongly recommend him !

  Scott Corbett is a fantastic realtor! He sold our house quickly after we had issues selling it. Scott just sold my moms condo in a few days for market price or above (highest price for that condo so far). He has a lot of experience and really understands the housing market. Scott makes everything easy with straight forward steps to follow and does all the negotiations. I can’t say enough good things about him. I am so happy we found Scott!
