(July 17, 2018, 11:45 pm)Balans Studio is one of the best. I especially like the TRX class that is offered, which isn’t offered at many gym/studio’s. The instructor Donna Parker is very knowledgeable, she makes the class fun, as well as ensuring that you are doing the exercises correctly. The yoga classes are awesome as well.

I was on a business trip & attended two different classes. I felt very welcome/as if I were a regular at my hometown studio. Highly recommend! Whether a local or traveling!!

(January 28, 2014, 11:04 am)I have done mostly yoga classes here with various instructors (Jaimis is excellent!!!) and they all were very educated and the classes had a good flow to them. The instructors always give modifications to make if you are looking for more of a challenge so that everyone is getting a great work out - beginners - advanced. The studio is clean and everyone is very friendly. I often have problems finding a class that is open (especially on the weekends) - but if you plan your schedule several weeks ahead and sign up early that isn't a problem.

(January 27, 2014, 1:53 pm)What a great energy! The space is comfortable and inviting and the instructors are well trained, centered, very kind. I even brought my husband who enjoyed his first ever yoga experience. They did a great job at managing students of varying levels.

(January 27, 2014, 9:22 am)The classes are wonderful and the instructors are so good. A very welcoming environment for a first-time exerciser or a seasoned fitness veteran. The classes are challenging, and the schedule is very accommodating. I absolutely love the online registration and the interface with the mindbody app. I work full-time and also have two small children, so the flexibility of online scheduling allows me to register or cancel a class at the last minute if need-be. I am hooked on Balans!
