Professional and knowledgeable staff who will work with your dog.
Caring--and great follow-up. Dr. Deppe and the whole staff are caring and very responsive. Not only onsite, but with responding to calls over the weekend and days off (sorry!). I felt that Yin (cat), and our concerns were listened to. We were treated with respect, our thoughts were valued. We feel like we can trust these folks.
Highly recommended. Our dog, Lily, needed a leg amputation due to cancer in February 2017. Her initial diagnosis was not encouraging. With the expertise and loving care Lily received, we are happy to report that Lily is still with us and so far, cancer free! Loving staff and they time with the Pawrents, as well.
Our 3 1/2 month old Australian Shepherd puppy broke his tibia and required surgery. He had to have a plate, many pins, and an external fixation device to stabilize his fracture. The entire staff was wonderful and caring. We also had a staff member worked with us on techniques to perform pin care on the external device and how to distract him so he would not lick his surgical site/pins. We are pleased with our puppy's progress and grateful to the staff!!
My nine year old dog suffers from seizures and has been on medication for a couple of years. This Easter weekend, however, she had four seizures back-to-back. I called the hospital distraught and spoke with Brandy. She was very patient, professional, and empathetic. Her tone remained the same throughout. When I finally got my girl to the vet, Brandy introduced herself and gave me a hug because I was still a mess. I was kept updated, I was checked on, and the doctor and staff answered all of my questions. I was allowed to see my girl one last time before I headed home because she was being kept overnight for observation. My girl did not seem anxious or scared. She was kept in a clean and comfortable environment. I was able to bring her home on Easter Sunday. The staff even called me Monday to check on us again. I am so grateful for the care, understanding, and patience they showed my dog and me during our crisis.
