  I would highly recommend this company! When I initially called, the dispatcher Shanale was very professional and polite. She was able to address all of my questions. This assured me that I was choosing the best company for my HVAC needs. Pope's Air is the way to go!

  We hired Pope's Air to fix our heat and they sent JR who was very professional. He did a fantastic job and figured out the problem quickly which was very helpful and kept the cost down. We have a very old system and there were no pressure sales tactics. JR was very upfront and honest with everything that was required to get our heat running properly. We were very pleased with JR and will hire Pope's Air for any future heating and cooling issues.

  They have an excellent team Shanale was very helpful with answering all our questions and was able to get my husband in asap. I would recommend them to anyone even myself if i ever need service. POPE Air is the way to go.

  We have use Pope's air for a few years now. We get the same technician and we like him. Danny is an honest guy and knows exactly what he's doing. Great customer service. We will continue using their service for many more years.

  This is an update from my original review from 2 years ago. Last year (2017) JR from Pope's air recommended a new heat pump system for our home. We had it installed in December 2017. A year later (October 2018), JR came to check our system and it is working very well. I also want to note that we have noticed a decrease in an electric bill since this new system was installed which we are very happy about. We will continue to purchase the yearly maintenance contract and know that we will get consistently excellent customer service.
  
  Once again Pope's Air has provided excellent service. Bill and Joe came out on time this morning to repair and replace broken dampers on our furnace. They completed the work in a timely manner, explained the repair, showed me the work that was done and left the area clean. They were polite and very professional. Looking forward to a cooler upstairs just in time for the 100 degree weather coming our way!!!!
