(September 22, 2018, 11:45 am)The Plumber was excellent. A true professional. Great personality, worked neatly and cleaned as he went along. I had a bathroom sink faucet replaced because it was leaking. However, I thought the cost was somewhat high. Of course, I do not have occasion to use a plumber often and not familiar with going rate of plumbers these days. The expertise, attitude and finished job of the plumber was superb.

The installation was high quality with special attention to detail. I was extremely happy with the outcome. They left the work area spotless.

(August 20, 2018, 11:18 am)The office staff was very helpful in setting up appointment, giving me a 30 minute call ahead and getting a part sent to me from the facet manufacturer. The technician was prompt, professional and I was very satisfied with the repairs to my plumbing. I thought the costs were reasonable also.

(April 11, 2018, 10:47 am)Had a few things that needed to be taken care of - broken hose bibs, no hot water in the guest bathroom etc - so I called Prince William Plumbing. Made an appointment and they showed up right on time and got right to work. Had everything fixed in an hour. John was very nice and helpful. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them.
