Mrs. Chang is genuine and truly cares for her customers. I’m sorry Andrea Colon, that you showed up after hours and asked for service. You realize it takes time to fit and pin something that needs to be altered, whereas accepting clothes literally takes seconds. From what I know, Mrs. Chang works 12 hours a day. I wouldn’t want to deal with someone who’s upset because she didn’t get her way on her own time. Pay attention to the business hours!
Been using this place for 5 years. She's always nice. I'm not sure about the negative remarks on here. Convenient and always does what they say they will do. Good enough for me.
Been using ZIPS since moving back to th3 states and after a few years just couldn't pay the cost to be the boss anymore. Not to mention they started to charge for broken buttons during press of shirts. So I felt I would go with mom and pops shop closer to home. For the price it's just what I need and I'm always asked when do you want this back vice pick up clean, dirty, or missing buttons tomorrow after 5. Would give 5 stars but customer service is much like mine, so I don't mind too bit.
