(December 17, 2018, 10:11 am)Was not really thrilled to have a sleep study done. Kind of creeped me out. But I was impressed at how professional the staff was. They explained everything to me in detail. I was able to sleep and get the test completed. (which I did not think I would be able to do). After meeting with the doctor and getting my results I spoke with Richard. He explained my treatment options and gave me time to think it over. He followed up with an email letting me know if I had any questions to let him know. He checked my insurance and let me know what I would have to pay myself and what my insurance would do. I decided on the mouth guard (did not want a mask) and so far my snoring is down and I am feeling better. The wife is much happier too.

(May 3, 2018, 12:18 pm)I had the opportunity to meet Jeremy at the Comprehensive Sleep Care Center in Dumfries. He was articulate, very professional and knowledgeable about the products and what would work best for me. After assessing the situation, he offered one specific mask in anticipation of it being the "right one." I tried it on with apprehension.. BTW, it was my third mask! He demonstrated how easily it could attached and removed. He then asked me to do the same. Yikes, it was easier to say that I knew how to do it. So with a hint of struggling to fasten the magnetic clips, adjust the straps, etc, I did it. Yes, I affixed the mask successfully and then proceeded to remove it (with ease). Not once, but he suggested I repeat the process. Nothing like an audience to be successful or not! Jeremy was terrific and I might add patient and understanding and answered all of my repeat questions. Jeremy was determined to find the right mask for me. AND HE DID... so once again, I thank Jeremy for his concern and my happy satisfaction. Sincerely, Andria P.
