  Should you have shoulder or knee pain, call Kathy at Still Water Physical Therapy. She does not want to give you a program, which requires endless weekly appointments. Instead, she gives you an exercise program to work on and then gives follow-up consultation to review your progress. It saves time and finds a solution to your problem.

  What a blessing Kathy Hess has been to me! I suffered from shoulder pain from both shoulders for almost 1 1/2 years. I saw doctors, physical therapists recommended by my doctors, and massage therapists. I had acupuncture, MRI's, and xrays. Because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, most just assumed it was RA related. No one was able to give me any relief. Sleeping was an impossibility. Then I met Kathy. I was hesitant to even mention it to Kathy as I had already been seen by a physical therapist. But Kathy knew immediately what the problem was and within 4 visits, I was back to normal. And by the way, it had nothing to do with my RA. I call Kathy ``The Body Whisperer``. She does not treat like any other physical therapist. She does not just fix the problem. She spends time, uncovering the root of the problem and starts there. Then she educates and equips her patients so they can do proper exercises from home, minimizing your PT visits. Needless to say, I am grateful beyond words. Kathy's expertise is astounding. Her code of ethics is impressive. And her heart to serve is immeasurable.

  I have had difficulty with my back for many years, but working with Kathy has truly eased my discomfort. I recently had some cranial sacral adjustment from Kathy. I cannot tell you how much better my focus has gotten. I will be using Kathy's services frequently in the future.
